I am Justice Alok Verma, former Judge of High Court of Madhya Pradesh. My wife, Dr. Madhu Verma is Chief Economist, World Resources Institute, New Delhi, India.

We jointly booked a flat in Noor-Us-Sabah Residency in 2015 after paying a token amount. The project faced some problems initially, so it was delayed. However, the management overcome the problems and now the project is making good progress and likely to hand over possession soon. The earlier two and present waves of Covid-19 also affected progress of project to a great extent.

The project has many locational advantages. Its located-on VIP Road, which provides a tremendous view to it. It is very near to Bhopal Airport, which is located at ten minutes’ drive. Hotel Noor-Us-Sabah is also an added advantage. The project is not very far from New Market and Polytechnic Square and gives you a downtown feeling.

I have been observing the progress and workmanship personally for last two years and found that their quality of construction is very high. They are using high specification and branded fittings in bathrooms. Lift lobby is very wide and has beautiful inlay work which can be seen only in this project. It gives a majestic look to the lobby.

I wish them a good luck and hope that very soon it will develop into a happening and bustling residential location of Bhopal.
